• Certificates acknowledge course participation only; they are not a guarantee of employment or job placement.

6. Course Payment & Refund Policy

• No Refunds: Once payment has been made for a course, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances (including change of mind, inability to attend, or other personal reasons).
• Date Flexibility: If you are unable to attend your scheduled course date, you may request to reschedule to a future session, subject to availability and prior notice.
• Substitutions: At our discretion, you may nominate another participant to attend in your place if you cannot attend, provided we are notified in advance.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• FadeCentral Barbershop shall not be liable for loss of income, profits, contracts, data, or any indirect or consequential damages.
